1. Contract Acceptance

By creating an account on e-mais.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.

2. Service Description

e-mais.com provides temporary/disposable email aliases for privacy protection. Our service allows you to create, use, and delete email aliases that forward messages to your real email address.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure
  • Minimum age: 16 years old (per COPPA, GDPR, and applicable laws)
  • You must not use our service for illegal activities

4. Acceptable Use

Prohibited activities:

  • Spam and phishing activities
  • Illegal activities or threats
  • Harassment or abuse
  • Attempting to circumvent our service limits

5. Pricing and Payments

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually
  • You may cancel at any time
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy

6. Intellectual Property

All content and software on e-mais.com are the property of e-mais.com and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

9. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware.

10. Changes to Terms

We will notify you via email at least 30 days before making significant changes to these terms.

  • Penalties: up to 2% of revenue, capped at R$50 million per violation

United States (CCPA/COPPA)

  • Right to Opt-Out of sale of data (we don't sell data)
  • Right to non-discrimination
  • Verified requests required for data operations
  • Children under 13 cannot use without parental consent (COPPA)
  • "Do Not Track" requests are not actively honored
